Ouija

I placed the Ouija exercises in the Intermediate Section as Ouija can be used as a portal for spirits. If you do not know how to protect yourself, or cannot read spirit energies…then it is best not to try it until you know what you are doing properly, thus minimising any negative results.

Practice 4-5 days a week, 15-20 minute sessions.

Pleasant smelling incense and/or candles (Optional)

Do not be offensive to the spirits and do not command answers, this will only anger them and put yourself in danger

Be Patient, having 2 people doing this exercise increases the chance of success, however, you can do it alone

Ouija Dangers

The ouija as well as pendulum work can be rewarding and sometimes dangerous.

If you haven’t developed enough to communicate without the aids of these props, then use them…but be sensible about it

They are both like an open portal, sure you could talk to your guardian, but someone else might want your attention also, and there is a chance that he/she isn’t a good spirit

Look out for threats, riddles, words that make absolutely no sense, try to get a sense/feeling of what is happening around you. Does it suddenly feel cold? Does it feel like something just isn’t right?

IF you feel something that is not right, then stop the session, wait for a while and then try again later, if you wish

Before the session, make sure that your barrier is up. You can also ask for protection from the Gods & Guardians

Possible Negative Effects

Things around the house get moved, or go missing

Possession if the spirit knows how

Disturbing images in meditation or in the physical

Unwanted voices or images when you are trying to sleep

Ouija Board Exercise

Find a place where it is quiet, free from any interruptions

Begin by asking for protection from your Guardian and/or Enki

Rest your fingertips on the planchette lightly

From here on, it is solely up to you and what you ask and the answers you get
