Energy Ball

This method can be used for doing good to someone, and doing something not so good…

If you choose to go by the more negative route, then remember the rules of being justified in your actions.

This method is not as hard to complete like other methods, and it can be used to effect people within the same room as you, or even in a different country.

How well it works will depend on you and the strength of your energies, focus and intent.

To start with, you can use a picture. As you grow in your development you can practice with just a name, or just their own energy will be enough.

The purpose of this will be to affect peoples chakras, for cleansing, empowering, opening or destroying.

Because of the negative effects that can be produced, a very vague method will be given, people with enough experience to reach this point will know what to change to produce what is needed.

Technique

You can either be in a meditative state in bed or sitting on the couch/lounge, whatever you feel comfortable doing

Use the energy from within, or draw it in from outside of yourself, localise it within yourself

Move the energy towards the palm of your hand and let it come out slowly forming a ball of energy

Here is where you direct the energy to a certain persons chakra, or chakras, either by using a photo to focus on, their name/location, or by a connection to the person by your skills at energy reading.

Energy Masking

Find a comfortable position where you will not be disturbed, you can do this in a seated position, or laying down, as long as you are able to relax and be comfortable

Enter into a meditative state and focus on your body

Visualise/sense the layers of your body beginning to “dissolve” (moving from the physical outer shell, through the bones and muscles to the energy centres)

As you centre on the chakras, visualise/sense the energy flow from the root to the crown

Focus on the fluctuation/throbbing of the energy and sense/visualise it going blank as though it is frozen

If you are concerned that the energy has been dispersed in any way, sense your chakras and feel the energy still flowing between each energy centre. All you have done is made it appear to external forces that your energy is blank.

Creating a masking film

This is a second method which creates a film blanket over your body, instead of masking the energy centres by the above method, this one is slightly easier…however its not as strong in its workings. This is more of a quick fix solution if you have need of it.

With this techinque you do not need to close your eyes, this is purely in case you feel you need to mask your energy while out in public, or there is something/someone around which you do not feel comfortable with.

Technique

Focus on your energy

Visualise/sense a silky blanket of energy flowing down over your head, covering your entire body

Concentrate on the silky blanket and charge it with an intent of masking your energy from being sensed

Visualise/sense the silky blanket turning from opaque to clear

Return to your normal activities without breaking any energy connection you have with the energy blanket

Energy Reading

Some people already do it to some degree. Have you ever been around someone and just get a bad feeling about them? That would be an example of reading.What about the feeling of someone or something watching you while you know you’re alone? Again that is another example of energy reading.

The more you practice doing this, you should be able to get more information about the spirit or person.

Technique

Introduction

Meditate in your usual place or wherever you feel comfortable. Doing a void meditation in preparation would be a good way to get yourself relaxed and focussed.

Spirits roam around everyones house off and on throughout the day and night. So if you find that you feel like something is with you in the house..this is the perfect time to do this technique

Sensing A Spirit

Depending where you are at with development you can sense/feel (astrally or normal) throughout the house to do this.

Expand your energy outwards and try to sense/feel if something is around.

If this is all you manage for now, then that is fine to begin with.

Locating The Spirit

This part of the meditation is slightly harder

Continue pushing your energy out through the house (or within the room if you feel someone is there)

Once your energy reaches them, you should feel a difference to your energy. A certain part of your energy, you might feel resistence, heat, cold or tingling.

This should give you an idea of the location of the spirit

Note: Tingling of the body is common when feeling a spirits energy around you. The sensations of heat/warm are associated with positive spirits, while cold is associated with negative spirits.

Reading The Spirit

This is the hardest part and is rather difficult to explain.

Using the above information, this should give you an indication if the spirit is good or bad; With practice you should be able to gather more information.

For example: If talking with one, you would be able to tell if they are lying, telling the truth, or maybe having a hidden agenda. (This is similar to the feeling of clairsentience)

With enough development and practice, you could use this with people around you, letters, photos or even the people you speak to over the internet

Energy Transference

This technique was dictated to me by Abraxas

Energy transference is something no one should do without proper knowledge of what they are doing. Most would think that when we transfer our energy to someone else, there are/will be no problems, but this is not necessarily the case.

For people who have done energy transference and have had no side effects, this is determined by how receptive the receiver is of the individuals energy.

When you give energy freely to someone, you allow a connection to be created between yourself and the receiver, if you do not close this connection after you have finished, you will find that the receiver can continue to take your energy without having to do another meditation/technique, or even without your knowledge.

The following meditation/technique is specifically for those people who have done energy transference and have found that side effects have occurred between you and the receiver, this is a way to regain that given energy.

However there is no guarantee that the side effects will dissipate once the energy has been bought back to you.

Technique

This is a dual technique, so you will need the receiver to be doing this at the same time.

Make sure that the connection between yourself and the receiver of the energy has been closed, otherwise this will not work correctly

Both the individual and receiver must be comfortable

Both relax your breathing until you reach a meditative state

The receiver should now concentrate on the energy flowing inside his/herself

Focus on the energy that is new to your body

Once he/she has determined which energy is yours (most likely the newest energy within their body), he/she must now create a connection with you to freely give back your energy

The individual, in a meditative state must focus on the receiver

Focus on the energy that the receiver is pushing out towards you

Once you have found the energy, connect with it and begin pulling it back into yourself

When you feel you have pulled your energy back into yourself, cut the connection between the receiver and yourself.

Finish the meditation/technique
