Clairsentience

This is called “clear sensing”. If you have a gut feeling about someone or something (such as emotions or energies) then this is often an indication of how your senses are already tuned higher than most people.

If you find that you often get a queasy feeling around your abdomen when you are around someone or something, then this is a sign of negative activity, it can also symbolise problems that may happen in the future.

Method

Introduction

If you aren’t sure where you should be working on your body, Clairsentience comes from the centre of your solar plexus, just under your diaphragm.

First find a comfortable place that is preferrably free of distractions, as this allows you to focus completely.

Opening the Sentience Centre

Focus on your solar plexus (just under the diaphragm) and visualise this area opening like an expanding circle.

Now, if you are alone then it is unlikely that you will be able to sense anything.

To overcome this problem, focus you thoughts on an event in the near future or on someone that you want to read. Make sure you pay attention to any feelings or impressions that you may experience.

Ending the exercise

When you are ready to finish, slowly focus your thoughts back to yourself and gently open your eyes.
