- Cleanse the crystal, there are a few techniques for this, the most common is by burying the crystal overnight during a full moon
- Hold the cleansed crystal in the palm of your hand
- Clear your mind by doing a small void meditation
- Clasp the crystal in both hands and focus your energy into the palms of your hands
- Direct the focussed energy into the crystal
- Visualise the crystal begin to glow as the energy from your hands envelopes the crystal
- As you do this, focus your intention for the crystal, make sure that the crystal you are charging is open and associated with your intention. For example: Quartz crystal is a good strong all round stone
- Repeat your intention 3-5 times while focussing your energy into the crystal
- When you are ready to finish, put the crystal down and close off your connection to it. Do not pull the energy back into yourself as this will only serve to undo all you have just done.
