
Barrier Meditation
This meditation was dictated to me by Abraxas

Find a comfortable place to lay and relax
Close your eyes and focus on the energy in your body, just concentrate
Feel that energy expanding to form a bubble or cocoon around your physical body
If you cannot visualise yet, just try to sense the energy bubble around you
Focus on pushing your energy outwards into the barrier making it stronger
Do not break the connection that your energy has with the barrier, but break the meditation
Meditation Notes:
Continue to do this meditation every day as this will only help to protect you from any outside negative forces.
