Clairvoyance is the perception of images beyond using our normal five senses. It is often labelled as “The Sixth Sense” and relates to images that are shown to you. Meaning that they are just quick or long images, colours or scenes that flash in, and sometimes outside of your mind.
The art of Clairvoyance comes from the psychic centre, or third eye chakra.
Preparing Your Third-Eye
Introduction
With the art of clairvoyance, for a beginner, it is suggested to practice this exercise with your eyes closed. This is so that you lessen the distractions and can focus your energy on your third eye without any interference.
Focusing your third eye
Start with your eyes closed and focus on the blackness of your mind. Sometimes you may see shifting shapes or slightly moving lights. Keep yourself focused on this area for a few minutes and pay attention to what you may see.
Accessing the third eye
Now, move your focus slightly upwards to the centre of your forehead.
Start visualising this area of your forehead opening, like you would for expanding a circle. Do not try to strain too hard as you may end up with a headache.
Sit quietly and focus on this area, pay attention to what may flit across your vision.
Now, do not worry if you do not see anything. As I have stated with the other exercises, these all take time to develop properly. However, if you are a little more advanced and doing this exercise, you will most likely see faces, shapes or images without having to focus for long periods of time.
Peripheral Viewing
Start by getting in a comfortable position, once again, try to find a place free of distractions, but it is not necessary.
Stare at something straight ahead and allow your eyes to drop slightly out of focus, so your vision becomes slightly hazy. This is where your third eye vision will take control.
After a while you should see something out of the corners of your eyes. The more you do this the more you can see. Such things you may see are auras to different apparitions.
Remote Viewing
Start by sitting quietly, free of distraction and visualise a place other than where you are, for instance your parents place (if you aren’t living at home) or a friends place.
Like you did in the beginners exercise, move your focus up to the third eye and see if you can pick up anything that might be happening in the other house.
Take note of what you see, then ask your friend or whomevers place you viewed if your visions were correct. The more you try this, the stronger and easier your visions will appear.
