Creating thought forms can be a fun, but rather tiring meditation/technique to perform, depending on how much visualisation and energy you wish to put into your creation. They can be used as protection for yourself and others, as well as familiars.
Creating A Thought-Form
Find a comfortable place where you can relax and begin with a small void meditation
Concentrate on your third eye and begin visualising what you would like your thought-form to be.
Start from the very basics, give it a shell first…The more energy you wish to put into this thought-form the better
Visualise more specifics of the thought-form, legs, arms, wings…whatever you wish it to be
Visualise it growing and creating in front of you, the more energy you put into this thought-form, and the more real it will seem.
Once you have created it to your satisfaction, gather your thoughts and energy together and infuse this creation with what you wish it to be like…its personality, what its purpose is, etc
Once you have done this, cut the energy you have supplied to the thought-form.
Remember not to suck any energy back into yourself as this will only weaken your new creation.
Finish the meditation
You will now have a fully functioning thought form which you should be able to see at any time, it will follow you, or it shall do whatever it is that you have commanded it to do.
If at any time you wish to infuse it with more energy, just do the last few steps whenever you feel it necessary.
If you feel that you do not need it anymore, visualise its unwinding, it’s “death”, and pull back all the energy into yourself.
