Clairaudience is the perception of hearing messages from spirits or another entity in another realm, namely the astral realm.
When receiving messages from spirits or entities, you may experience a slight pressure on the top of your head. This is said to be the crown chakra opening and responding to the energy that is being directed into it. Although you may experience other bodily reactions, like tingling, chills etc.
Introduction
Now, when you “hear” messages from spirits or entities, it is not hearing as we would normally think of it. It is actually thought channeling, so you hear in your head what is being said, although it is possible to hear voices outside of your thoughts.
As you do this you may find that you do not get any sounds coming to you, but keep practicing, like all exercises, it takes time.
Method 1
Close your eyes to lessen any distractions.
Focus on the left and right sides of your head, just above your ears. Begin to feel these areas opening, like they are expanding circles.
As you focus, you may get sounds reverberating in your mind. You might hear muted conversations or just normal voices.

Focus on bringing your energy up to your ears and pushing it out…
Sense the energy you have focused through your ears being sent out into the ether and draw the energy back into yourself with the messages/sounds that are attached
