Instructions:
Find a Quiet Spot – Sit comfortably, either cross-legged on the floor or in a chair with your feet flat on the ground. Keep your back straight but relaxed.
Close Your Eyes – Allow your hands to rest on your lap or knees, palms facing up or down.
Focus on Your Breath – Take a deep breath in through your nose, hold for a second, then exhale slowly through your mouth. Let your breathing settle into a natural rhythm.
Observe the Breath – Bring your attention to the sensation of each breath. Notice the coolness as you inhale and the warmth as you exhale. If thoughts arise, acknowledge them without judgment and gently return your focus to the breath.
End with Gratitude – After a few minutes, take one final deep breath, then open your eyes. Take a moment to thank yourself for dedicating time to this practice.
