Aerokinesis is ability to control the wind and air currents.
There are many varieties of Aerokinesis that can be learnt. Although this is an interesting technique to learn, one must be aware that it is the manipulation of the elements. Therefore, I exercise great caution in learning any elemental techinques.
Technique
Start by finding a comfortable position, this can either be in a seated, standing or laying position*
Begin meditating on the wind around you, visualise it surrounding you from all sides
Expand your concentration outwards to feel the energy your body is emanating to join with the winds around you
Summon the wind by either increasing or decreasing your energy and direct it into the winds around you, focusing and concentrating on them growing stronger or weaker
*If you are in a laying down or standing position, make sure your hands are by your side; If in a seated position, have your hands in a similar yogic position (hands resting on your knees with the palms of your hands facing upwards)
